This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and wi4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at https://wi4d.cam. These Terms & Conditions govern all access to and use of the wi4d platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and support services. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to wi4d is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any wi4d service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. wi4d takes underage gambling prevention seriously and will immediately suspend any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 21. Any funds in such an account may be forfeited pending investigation.
21+ Only: It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the applicable minimum age to engage in gambling activities. wi4d's primary target market is Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use under locally applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing wi4d is lawful in your jurisdiction. wi4d accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Accounts may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. Operating an account on behalf of another person, using an account commercially, or operating an account as part of a betting syndicate without prior written consent from wi4d management is strictly prohibited.
To access wi4d services, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including: full legal name (matching government-issued ID), date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred bank details for payment processing.
You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. wi4d reserves the right to request re-verification of any details at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate basis for account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. wi4d will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:
wi4d shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain appropriate security of their credentials.
Accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of a wi4d account to any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of the account.
wi4d is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. Verification may also be triggered at any time by our compliance team at our sole discretion.

wi4d will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days (WIB timezone). Players will be notified via email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawals requested prior to completed KYC verification will be held pending verification completion.
If a Player is unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by wi4d, we reserve the right to restrict account functionality, suspend the account, or — in cases where fraud is suspected — close the account and report the matter to the relevant international authorities. Any deposits made prior to such closure will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits are credited to a Player's account within minutes of successful bank transfer confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. wi4d does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank may apply its own transfer fees, for which wi4d accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a bank account held in your own name. Deposits received from third-party bank accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review of your account.
Withdrawals are processed to the Player's verified bank account only. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the withdrawal page. Processing times are as follows:
All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the wi4d platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wi4d does not hold accounts in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. wi4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the account holder's registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
wi4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the relevant promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players as determined by wi4d at our sole discretion. wi4d reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected bonus abuse, multiple account activity, irregular betting patterns, or use of third-party betting systems designed to exploit promotional terms.
Unless explicitly stated, only one welcome bonus or deposit match bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on wi4d are subject to acceptance by the platform. wi4d reserves the right to void, reject, or limit any bet at our discretion, including where: a bet is placed after the relevant event or draw has commenced; a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed; or the bet is identified as part of a coordinated attempt to exploit the platform.

All togel draws offered on wi4d are conducted using certified random-number generation systems independently audited for fairness. Draw results are final and binding. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wi4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; loss of revenue; or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether wi4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where wi4d is found liable to a Player for any cause, our total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their wi4d account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wi4d shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government action, internet service provider outages, cyberattacks, banking system failures, or other events of force majeure.
wi4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, underage access, or regulatory requirements.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting wi4d customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified bank account within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, wi4d reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings derived from games played in violation of these Terms. wi4d further reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal remedies where losses are suffered as a result of a Player's breach.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wi4d holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising between you and wi4d shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in this clause shall limit wi4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect wi4d's rights or property.
wi4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform.
